Our Head Office is effectively a service operation staffed by a small team who do the boring work, so the Managers are free to concentrate on looking after our customers.

Tracey Kitchener-Kemp

Managing Director

Following her early years in Hotel Management, Tracey progressed to restaurants and bars spending 9 years in the early days of TGI Fridays UK where she ran the London region. Progressing to Brand Development, she spent several years rolling out new brands for various large organisations. She also developed and operated a range of concepts from live entertainment venues, fine dining restaurants and traditional bars.

As Managing Director of The Bombay Bicycle Club, Tracey has been involved with the re-branding and positioning of our successful business.

Des Naidoo

Head of Operations

Born in Durban, South Africa, where he held the role of Food Production Manager and Technical advisor for a large chain of bakeries, Des moved to London in December 2001 and joined The Bombay Bicycle Club in 2002 as a Manager in one of the delivery units. Promoted to Operations Manager for his brilliant contribution in 2004 and took over as Head of Catering in October 2006. Des looks after our people, who love him as much as we do.

Des leads his team by example of hard work, a passion for Indian food and the brand in general and his dedication to succeed.

Binod Baral

Executive Chef

Our Culinary expert, Binod has more then ten years of experience working for London's most upscale restaurants. Binod joined The Bombay Bicycle Club as head chef, he rose to the position of Development Chef before becoming our Executive Chef. He is passionate about fusing authentic Indian cuisine with fresh, inventive food designed to suit the taste of the European palate.

Binod is completing his Masters in food Science.

Ani Laurie

Operations Manager

With a marketing and communication background, Ani joined TBBC in September 06 as marketing manager, she headed the Marketing department and developed the Catering and Events department. After her degree Ani moved to New York working in Pr and marketing. Ani recently completed her Masters in Media and Communication, and is further developing her Marketing and Branding skills with a CIM qualification.

She believes food is an experience and thrives on challenges!

Karen Meyer

Marketing Manager

Karen graduated with a Marketing Communication degree in 2005 after which she was extensively involved in Public Relations Campaigns and Events for non-profit organisations. Currently being busy with her postgraduate degree, she is able to bring the newest ventures and theories to the table making her an integral part of The Bombay Bicycle Club team.

Her passion for food, in particular Indian, marketing and culture makes for a perfect combination in this role.

Nischient Sharma

Operations Manager

With ten years of customer service and hospitality experience Nischient joined The Bombay Bicycle Club as Supervisor for one of our delivery units in 2005, he was then promoted to manager before becoming area manager for all our delivery units. Being an Indian, Nischient is passionate about Indian food.

Nisch recently completed his MBA and is excited about expanding his horizons with the HO team.
